Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans using Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Teaching. Collect and record data on client progress while collaborating with BCBAs to ensure consistent care. Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment during sessions. This role requires active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and at least three months of ABA experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to lift up to 30 pounds. Required Qualifications
