Job Summary
Conduct discrete trial training and NET strategies during sessions while implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Use an online data collection platform to input data during sessions and create positive relationships with those with special needs and their families. Maintain a consistent schedule and receive weekly supervision from a BCBA. This role supports the mission of Positive Reinforcement PLLC to provide high-quality services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder. Staff report high satisfaction with 2-3 clients and a consistent weekly schedule.
