Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Portage Park

1:1 work with children ages 2-8 with Autism Spectrum Disorder to help develop communication, social, and daily-living skills using individualized therapy programs designed by BCBA-approved plans. Training is provided to earn RBT certification, with potential certification within ~35 days of start, and a clear path for growth into lead roles. Responsibilities include data collection, collaborating with families and clinical staff, engaging children through play and movement, and maintaining a safe, organized therapy environment. Requires daytime, full-time availability, high energy, teamwork, and on-site presence at the Chicago location. Education-based pay scales apply, with starting rates aligned to HS/GED or higher educational attainment.
