Job Summary
Deliver individualized ABA therapy based on treatment plans created by a BCBA, working one-on-one with children in their homes and community environments. Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills while implementing behavior reduction strategies with consistency and compassion. Collect accurate session data, complete required documentation, and partner with parents and caregivers to support client progress. Attend supervision meetings and participate in ongoing training. This role offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities, afternoon, evening, and after-school cases available, alongside competitive pay ranging from $21.00–$25.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB or willingness to complete certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to client homes in the Stafford area
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills
