Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities or behavioral challenges using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth. Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), track and document client progress, and collaborate with the therapy team. Flexible scheduling with day shifts and weekend availability; positions available in Sagamore Hills or Norton, OH. RBT certification assistance is provided, and CPR certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Location options include services delivered in clients’ homes, schools, or community settings in the Cleveland–Akron area. Required Qualifications
- No prior certification required at hire – RBT training provided
- Must obtain RBT and CPR certification within 30 days of hire
