Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities by implementing individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Use Applied Behavior Analysis strategies to support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth while tracking and documenting client progress. Collaborate with therapy team members, attend ongoing training sessions, and create a positive, safe environment for children to thrive. Work flexible day shifts Monday through Friday, with some services provided in clients' homes, schools, or community settings throughout the Cleveland–Akron area.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain RBT and CPR certification within 30 days of hire
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday
- Must be able to work between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to work in clients' homes, schools, or community settings throughout the Cleveland–Akron area
- Must be able to provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities or behavioral challenges
- Must be able to implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Must be able to use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth
- Must be able to track and document client progress
- Must be able to collaborate with therapy team members and attend ongoing training sessions
- Must be able to create a positive, safe, and supportive environment where children can thrive
- Must have strong communication skills with clients, families, and colleagues
- Must demonstrate empathy and compassion for children with diverse needs
- Must be able to stay calm, flexible, and resourceful in challenging situations
- Must have observational and problem-solving skills to support client progress
