Job Summary
RBT position in Norcross, GA, part-time (8:15 AM–1:15 PM or 12:15 PM–3:15 PM) providing direct ABA services under BCBA supervision in inclusive early childhood classrooms (ages 2–5) and clinic spaces. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, supporting communication, regulation, social, adaptive, and play skills, collecting and maintaining behavioral and skill-acquisition data, completing documentation on time, participating in team meetings and trainings, collaborating with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams, utilizing BST to strengthen clinical skills, and applying BACB ethical standards. Requirements include current RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent; preferred qualifications include additional degrees related to psychology/education, experience with inclusive environments, crisis intervention certification, CPR/First Aid, and central-using platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with early learners (ages 2–5)
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Knowledge of child development and developmental milestones
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
