Job Summary
Provide direct ABA services under BCBA supervision in inclusive early childhood classrooms (ages 2–5) and clinic settings, implementing individualized treatment plans, supporting communication, regulation, social, and play skills, collecting accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data, and collaborating with teachers and families to guide treatment decisions. Utilize coaching and BST to strengthen clinical skills, maintain adherence to BACB standards, and participate in team trainings and supervision to support children during moments of dysregulation with developmentally appropriate strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with early learners (ages 2–5)
- Experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Knowledge of child development and milestones
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
