Job Summary
Provide in-home ABA services for children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and serving as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families. Requires active RBT certification, CPR/First Aid/AED, and experience in home or center-based ABA with children aged 2-12; requires reliable transportation and willingness to work in multiple settings (home, community, school, center) Monday through Friday with potential weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Experience as RBT in home or center-based ABA with children on the autism spectrum
- Experience with children ages 2-12 years old
- Reliable transportation and mobile phone
- Willing to work in various settings: home, community, school, center
- Monday through Friday and potential weekends
