Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans. Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices while fostering a positive learning environment and building meaningful connections with families. Services are provided in clients' homes and community-based settings. Part-time positions are available for candidates committed to making a lasting impact for at least six months. We offer paid training to help eligible candidates earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before beginning services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services
- Willingness to learn
