Job Summary
Deliver quality ABA therapy to children with autism in-home and community-based settings under BCBA supervision. Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition using Rethink software, complete daily progress notes, and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress. Communicate regularly with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress. Schedule options include full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $25.00 to $30.00, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a BCBA-in-Training program.

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- Clear level-two background check
