Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home, school, clinic, and community settings. Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA while collecting and recording data during sessions. Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Work flexible part-time after-school hours between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with weekend availability. Earn up to $24.00 per hour as a Registered Behavior Technician or $22.00 as a Behavior Technician. Complete the 40-hour RBT training course if not yet certified. Maintain reliable transportation and a positive, patient attitude while passing a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must maintain an active RBT certification
- Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements
- Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours
