Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans, and recording session data. Work with clients in their homes or community-based locations, fostering a positive learning environment for clients and their families. No minimum case requirement; opportunities for training, fellowship and internship to accumulate hours, and potential for professional advancement. Must be willing to contribute to a compassionate, patient-focused ABA program.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification is required before working
