Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community locations, implementing skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team. Accurately record session data using electronic devices and support families. Roles start part-time with no minimum case requirement and offer paid training, fellowship and internship opportunities, and opportunities for professional advancement in ABA. RBT certification is required prior to working; candidate should exhibit patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor and be motivated to help children with autism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- RBT certification required before working
- Experience with autism or childcare is a plus
