Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, school, and/or community settings. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect session data and complete documentation using the electronic data collection system. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress while building positive, professional relationships. Maintain professionalism while delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Schedule includes Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM in school, and Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM in clinic. Requires current RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, along with reliable transportation and background check clearance. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification (we'll help guide you through the process)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations, if applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn
