Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting, implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies developed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate session data, complete daily session notes, and support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living tasks. Follow all clinical and safety protocols while communicating regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding progress and concerns. Participate in supervision and ongoing training to maintain professional standards in accordance with BACB guidelines. Services are delivered in client homes across South Carolina with flexible scheduling available after school, in the evening, or during daytime hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to client homes
- Ability to work independently while following clinical direction
Desired Qualifications
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
