Job Summary
Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in settings including homes, schools, and the community. Help learners gain life skills that increase independence, such as communication, daily living, and social-emotional abilities, while teaching new behaviors through evidence-based techniques. Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs. Reliably attend scheduled sessions and participate in ongoing trainings. This part-time role offers hourly wages between $25-32, paid time off, and supervision for those pursuing BCBA certification.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Certification
- High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
- Desire to learn and work independently at times
