Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age in a center-based Lighthouse program. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans and apply play-based and naturalistic techniques to support children’s educational and social progress. Document and track each child’s development to contribute to customized therapy programs. Join a supportive team aligned with Lighthouse Core Values and pursue professional development toward BCBA certification. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no nights or weekends, offering a robust benefits package and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent accepted; college degree preferred but not required
- Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs; physical agility; able to sustain activities; able to move between standing and seated/kneeling
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Background check and drug test at time of hire
