Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age, utilizing play-based and naturalistic techniques to guide their progress in educational and social settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans while documenting and tracking each child's development. This full-time, center-based role includes Monday through Friday hours with no nights or weekends, featuring a supportive team environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older, hold a high school diploma, and possess the physical ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform sustained physical movements. A background check and drug test are required at hire.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be 18 years or older to be considered for this position.
- Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs.
- Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area.
- Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
- Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
- Full range of motion of hands and arms.
- Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time.
- Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
- Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
- You will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire.
Desired Qualifications
- All applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent are welcome—a college degree is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
