Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to school age; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans; apply play-based and naturalistic therapy techniques to guide children’s progress in educational and social settings; document and track development to contribute to customized therapy programs; uphold Lighthouse Core Values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment; participate in paid training and ongoing professional development; full-time center-based role with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Background check and drug test at time of hire
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform related physical requirements (sustained standing, bending, kneeling, etc.)
