Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age in a full-time, center-based setting Monday through Friday. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans, applying creativity within a play-based and naturalistic environment. Guide children's progress in educational and social settings while documenting and tracking development to contribute to customized programs. Undergo a background check and drug test at hire.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position
- Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs
- Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area
- Running
- Crouching
- Squatting
- Ability to kneel for sustained periods of time
- Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes
- Full range of motion of hands and arms
- Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time
- Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support
- Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written
- You will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire
Desired Qualifications
- All applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent are welcome—a college degree is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- A valid driver's license
