Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement behavior intervention plans, collect progress data, and conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles. Assist in developing individualized treatment plans, document client progress and medical records, and support clients in daily living skills and social interactions. Collaborate with families to ensure consistency in behavior strategies. Afternoon shifts available, 20-40 hours per week. In-person work in Aylett, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
- Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices
- Afternoon shifts available
