Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement behavior intervention plans, collect data on client progress, and conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles. Assist in developing individualized treatment plans, collaborate with families to ensure strategy consistency, and document client progress while supporting activities of daily living. Afternoon shifts are available for 20-40 hours per week in an in-person setting at Kids Club ABA - VA in Fredericksburg, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
- Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices
- Afternoon shifts available

- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus
