Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans. Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors, using ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET). Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care; participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings; maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment. Opportunities for BCBA supervision/mentoring, structured fellowship and early-mentoring programs, and career advancement within ABA. Requires RBT certification, a high school diploma or GED, and minimum 3 months of ABA experience; ability to lift up to 30 pounds; strong communication and interpersonal skills; dependable and compassionate.
