Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) needed to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD, primarily in-home and at centers, under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include implementing behavior support plans, collecting data on behavior and skill acquisition, conducting discrete trials, participating in supervision meetings and case reviews, and communicating session updates with the clinical team. Requires active RBT certification, high school diploma or GED, at least 3 months ABA experience, ability to lift 30 pounds, and strong communication skills. Opportunities for supervision, professional development, and clinical support are provided; schedule is M-F from 12p-6p in Marietta, GA.
