Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans. Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors, using ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET). Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care; participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings; maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment. Opportunity to grow through Fellowship and Early Mentoring Programs toward BCBA certification; supportive supervision and ongoing professional development are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 months of ABA experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions
