Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD; implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans; collect and record data on client progress and behaviors; use ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET); collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care; participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings; maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment; opportunities for Fellowship and Early Mentoring programs to support pursuing BCBA certification with supervision and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 months of ABA experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions
