Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans, while recording session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment, connect with families, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Positions start part-time with full training provided, and no prior experience required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable transportation
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- No experience required; paid training offered
