Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one ABA services for clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans while recording session data accurately via electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families during sessions provided in clients' homes or community-based locations. This part-time role requires a 6-month commitment and RBT certification, with paid training offered for new candidates. Candidates with backgrounds in early childhood development, childcare, or behavioral health are ideal.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment

- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience in Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
