Job Summary
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision while collecting and recording client data to monitor progress toward behavioral goals. Assist in developing tailored care plans, educate clients and families on behavioral strategies, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure cohesive care approaches. Maintain detailed medical records and adhere to HIPAA regulations throughout all documentation. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in behavioral therapy. This role supports children with developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and improving quality of life within our ABA care network.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)- certification
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
- Strong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectively
- Ability to educate clients and families about behavior management techniques
- Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed medical records and care plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with team members and families
- A passion for helping others improve their lives through effective behavioral therapy
- Willingness to Travel: 25%
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Weekends as needed
- In-person work location
