Job Summary
Deliver individualized ABA-based behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision to children with developmental disabilities; track and document client progress through data collection; support development of customized care plans; coach families on behavioral strategies; maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation; collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to achieve positive client outcomes; create a safe, engaging therapy environment during sessions; in-person role located in Cumming, GA with potential up to 25% travel; schedule typically Monday to Friday with occasional weekend as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification
- RBT certification required
- Knowledge of ABA principles
- Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to educate and empower families
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
