Job Summary
Develop and implement customized treatment plans for children with Autism, providing direct behavioral therapy using evidence-based techniques. Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and team members to ensure comprehensive care while maintaining accurate records of patient progress. Support families through parent training and education to empower them as active participants in therapy. Requires RBT certification and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with patients and families.
Required Qualifications
- RBT certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with Autism
- A high school diploma or equivalent
