Job Summary
Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children aged 2-8 with autism, implementing individualized therapy programs designed by BCBA supervision, collecting data, and collaborating with families to promote communication, social, and daily-living skills. Onboard with fully paid training to earn RBT certification, with sign-on bonus for certified RBTs and ongoing growth opportunities; on-site interview at The Place for Children with Autism during the in-person hiring event at 3033 W Jefferson St., Joliet, IL. Requires energetic teamwork, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, reliable transportation, and a passion for support and development of children with ASD.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or better
- Eligible to sit for RBT certification with supported training
- Access to reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance; ability to travel to other clinics as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work 1:1 with children ages 2-8 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
