Job Summary
Provide in-home and in-clinic ABA services to ADULTS with autism in Utah; implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst; use ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction; collect and record data on client progress; communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members; attend regular training and supervision sessions; maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines; must have a high school diploma, complete the 40-hour RBT training, and obtain RBT certification; in this role, you will work with a behavior analyst to implement personalized treatment plans and support clients through data-driven progress.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must complete the 40-hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports)
- Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframe
- Reliable transportation to clinic
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and Competent with working with individuals with autism
