Job Summary
Deliver ABA-based treatment plans under supervision as an RBT in in-home and clinic settings for adults and children with autism; implement programs designed by a behavior analyst; collect data to track client progress; communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members; attend regular training and supervision sessions; maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines; pursue the 40-hour RBT training if not yet certified and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframe; require reliable transportation to clinic and ability to pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must complete the 40-hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports)
- Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframe
- Reliable transportation to clinic
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and Competent with working with individuals with autism
