Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill building and care plans while recording session data accurately. Foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time, with afternoon or evening hours available for flexibility. Complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course before starting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
