Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. All positions start off part-time. Full training offered; no experience required. Ideal entry point into the field of psychology.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor
- Must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
