Job Summary
Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Collect and record data on client progress, maintain accurate session records, and assist with scheduling and preparation for therapy. Provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in various settings. This role requires a high school diploma, RBT certification or training, and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Located in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey, the position offers ongoing supervision, training, mentorship, and a competitive salary.
