Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic; implement treatment plans created by a BCBA; track client progress through accurate data collection; collaborate with families and care team to create the best outcomes; foster a safe, nurturing environment that supports growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Prior experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
