Job Summary
Providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children and implementing treatment plans created by BCBAs; track progress with easy-to-use systems and collaborate with families and teammates to help kids thrive. Requires RBT certification or willingness to obtain it (guidance will be provided). Bring a love for working with children, a positive, team-first attitude, reliable transportation, and willingness to learn. Hours range from 15 to 40 per week with an ASAP start; flexible schedules; bonus opportunities; room to grow within the organization.
