Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or in community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Accurately record session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families. Positions start off as part-time with opportunities for training and career advancement; paid training provided. Flexible schedule with employment in the thriving ABA field and opportunities for internship and fellowship hours; potential for referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- RBT certification is required before working
