Job Summary
Conduct Registered Behavior Technician services in homes and the Indianapolis community surrounding area, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis to children with autism. Provide direct support to learners, caregivers, and supervision teams with intention and empathy. Maintain active or inactive RBT credentials through the BACB and undergo background and reference checks prior to engagement. Ensure reliable transportation to client locations within Indiana. Work flexible schedules with biweekly pay rates between $20-25 per hour, supported by in-person and telehealth supervision from knowledgeable BCBAs.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB
- Reliable transportation to homes within Indiana
- Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with our learners
- Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
