Job Summary
Provide ABA-based interventions as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in clients' homes and in the community around Lafayette, IN. Deliver front-line ABA services to children with autism under supervision, with flexible scheduling and ongoing support from experienced BCBAs. Requires reliable transportation to homes within the greater Danville/Lafayette area, willingness to undergo background and reference checks, and a passion for supporting learners and families. Compensation includes competitive pay between $20-$25 per hour with biweekly pay, a $250 sign-on bonus, a $100 onboarding bonus, and benefits such as PTO, 401(k) after 3 months, and supervision/mentorship from BCBAs and leadership.
