Job Summary
Provide ABA services to children with autism in home and community settings under supervision of qualified BCBAs. Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support learners and caregivers. Position involves travel to homes and possibly schools in the Washington, IN area; undergo background/reference checks; maintain ethical, empathetic interactions and collaborate with supervision team to improve learner outcomes. Opportunities include supervision/mentorship from BCBAs, potential for continuing education credits, and a supportive team environment. Competitive pay between $20-$25/hour with biweekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits after a probationary period.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB
- Reliable transportation to homes and potentially schools in the area
- Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with learners
- Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
