Job Summary
Join Happy Hearts ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA therapy in homes and community settings around Monticello, IN under supervision of BCBAs. Responsibilities include delivering ABA-based interventions, data collection and recording, adherence to behavior goals, collaborating with caregivers and supervision team, maintaining therapeutic rapport, following BACB RBT requirements, transporting to client homes, and completing background/reference checks.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB
- Reliable transportation to homes within the greater Danville area
- Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with our learners
- Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
