Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school settings while following treatment plans created by a BCBA. Track and document client progress and collaborate with families and team members to maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment. This role requires an active RBT certification or willingness to complete 40 hours of training, a high school diploma, and experience with children. Compensation ranges from $22 to $26 hourly with flexible full-time or part-time schedules.
