Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school settings while following treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Track and document client progress daily and collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistent care. Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment for children receiving services. Active RBT certification is required, with 40-hour training support available for those willing to obtain it. Candidates must have experience with children and pass a background check. Full-time and part-time roles offer competitive pay ranging from $22 to $26 hourly with bonus opportunities and paid travel.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) certification

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Reliable transportation for local travel
