Job Summary
Deliver direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in a center-based setting under the supervision of the BCBA while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity. Collect accurate session data, communicate progress to the supervising BCBA, and assist with parent training sessions. Serve as a senior resource on the floor by supporting and mentoring fellow RBTs on protocols, documentation, and best practices. Help maintain a structured, positive, and safe center environment, participate in team meetings and case reviews, and support the onboarding of new RBTs. Work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM in Glendale, AZ. Join one of the largest clinician-owned ABA therapy providers expanding into the local market.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an RBT in a center-based ABA setting
- Demonstrated ability to implement ABA programs with fidelity and collect clean, reliable data
- Natural leadership presence — comfortable guiding peers and stepping up on the floor
- Warm, family-facing communication style
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up consistently for clients and team
