Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to clients, implementing individualized treatment plans and protocols to build functional skills and confidence. Spend approximately 80% of your time directly supporting clients while using 20% of your time for session notes, documentation, and data entry to ensure high-quality care. Follow evidence-based behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and safely respond to challenging situations, while maintaining accurate progress tracking for treatment decisions. Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervisors and caregivers to foster meaningful connections and celebrate client achievements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid RBT Certification
- CPR/First Aid Certification (adult & child) — must be completed within 30 days of hire
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry)
- Reliable transportation to on-site location
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, assist with client needs, and maintain safety awareness
- Comfortable supporting personal care needs (e.g., toileting, diaper changes)
- Comfortable with challenging behaviors (e.g., tantrums, elopement)
- Consistent availability (up to 40 hours/week) during center hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children (experience with behavioral or developmental needs preferred)
