Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and collecting progress data. Utilize Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Teaching strategies while collaborating with BCBAs to ensure consistent care. Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings to maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment. This role requires active Registered Behavior Technician certification, a high school diploma, and at least three months of ABA experience. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
